HOW WE BUILD
Alpine Bio produces functional ingredients through our two primary platforms
Molecular Farming.
We express target proteins and bioactives directly in soybeans. Plants become the production system, replacing fermentation infrastructure and animal agriculture. This decouples production from constrained supply chains and enables scale through commodity crop systems.
Advanced Purification.
Our proprietary purification processes extract specific protein fractions from plants while removing anti-nutritionals, off-flavors, and unwanted compounds. These processes go beyond commodity-grade standards, yielding ingredients with higher purity, better functionality, neutral sensory profiles, and better nutrition.
